from the amount of frustrated emails I get that

gadgets, software and websites are to use. If
you’re not squinting at tiny text or fuzzy fonts
you’re raging about ﬁ ddly changes to services
you’ve learnt once - and now need to learn
all over again (are you listening Gmail?).
We think technology should be simpler.
Phone keyboards should be easier to use and
websites should be easier to read. You’ll ﬁ nd
